INFORMATION ABOUT OTHERS
We may collect and store on the behalf of the registered user (Admin), personal information about other people nominated as team members by that registered user. This may include team members and non team members, contact details of whom have been provided by the registered member for the purpose of disseminating information relating to the team(s) of the registered user to these nominated members. We will store personal information on team members as provided by the team organisers for the purpose of dissemination of game/event details by/on behalf of the team organiser, being the registered member of klublr.com We will use team members contact information, as provided by the Admin, to enable them to respond to invites and event notifications issued by their team organiser. At the team organisers request, we will facilitate the sending of emails and/or text messages to notify events, and manage the receipt of responses from team members on behalf of the team organisers.
Team members may have their details removed from team lists by requesting their name be removed from a team list by submitting a request to the team organisers or to Klublr.com. Once your name is removed from a team list, it will no longer be accessible to the team organiser and other team members. If you are subsequently invited to another team, your name will be registered to that team until such stage as you are removed by the team organisers or choose to be removed from that team by contacting Klublr.com as outlined previously.

The details contained on your profile will contain your name, email address and/or mobile phone number. You profile can only be viewed by members of teams you are a member of. It is not available to any other users of Klublr.com. We will use your profile so that you are recognisable on our database. We will use your email address to contact you from time to time and may also use it for security reasons to confirm that you are who you say you are.
We may use the information collected automatically, such as your IP address and information stored via cookies, to gather statistics about the number of people who visit Klublr.com. We may share this information with third parties to help us improve Klublr.com user experience
Advertisements that appear on Klublr.com may be delivered to you by 3rd party advertising partners. We understand that many juvenile team organisers may wish to use Klublr.com services to manage their teams. Team Admins should ensure that team member contact details for juvenile teams are in line with the child protection guidelines laid down by the governing body for their sport in their national jurisdiction (in most cases that means that only parent/guardian contact details should be used for conveying information to the juvenile).
SECURING YOUR DATA
Klublr.com will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Klublr.com will store all the personal information you provide on its secure servers.
We take appropriate security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. Only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and only for permitted business reasons. We use encryption in the storage of your passwords, and we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your personal information.
